Registration for all levels occurs between January and August of the year depending on the program. Progam Registration Dates

 

Summer REP, Peewee, JV registration: Closed.  To be put on a waiting list please contact the registrar.  See contact us page for registrar's email. 

Summer REP, Varsity registration: February 1st to May 30th

House League, Myte, Tyke, Atom registration: from February 1st to April 15th

Fall REP, Atom, Peewee, and Bantam registration: May 1st to August 31st

The online registration service provider is RAMP. All registrations will be through the RAMP system. You MUST register on-line!!

To register you will need a Credit Card.  If you need to register without a credit card contact the registrar for instructions @  rosemarie.speciale@sympatico.ca  PLEASE ALLOW 24HRS FOR RESPONSES


 

YSMFA accepts players on a first come first serve basis.

Players will not be accepted until full payment is received.

FAMILY DISCOUNT

Families registering 3 or more players will receive a $25 discount per player (a manual refund will be processed after all players are registered)

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Most credit cards are accepted. A certified cheque or money order are also accepted.

ONLINE PAYMENT

You may choose to pay this years YSMFA Registration Fees immediately online with your Visa or MasterCard, by choosing the Online Credit Card Payment Option. This is a fully secured service operated by Moneris Solutions, a joint division of the Bank of Montreal and the Royal Bank of Canada.

MONEY ORDER or Certified Cheque

Please make money order or certified check payable to York Simcoe Minor Football Association.

WE DO NOT ACEPT UNCERTIFIED CHEQUES!!!

2010 Registration Fees

House League: To play Tyke and Atom the cost is $335.00, Myte $310. If a player wishes to tryout for the fall Rep teams and makes the team there is an additional charge of $300.

Summer Rep: Peewee, Junior Varsity and Varsity: To play summer rep the cost is $550.00.

Fall Rep TAP: To play Rep Tyke, Atom, Peewee the cost is $485.00Cdn. 

Fundraising Fee: A fundraising fee of $60 is included in all registration fees.

The $60 Fundraising fee is non-refundable - Paid Once

 

 

Refund policy

 THERE ARE NO REFUNDS IN HOUSE LEAGUE!

  • Refunds for Rep. will only be given with written or emailed requests.
  • Please submit your request to YSMFA, Attention the Registrar.
  • Please allow 4 weeks for processing from time of notification.

  Summer Rep Programs - Peewee, Junior Varsity, Varsity

  • Summer Peewee, JV, Varsity, voluntary withdrawal prior to May 15 2010.  50% of Registration Fee. Fundraising Fee Non-Refundable!
  • Summer Peewee, JV, Varsity cut from team full refund less $150 administration fee. Fundraising Fee Non-Refundable!
  • No Refund after May 15 2010

  Rep Fall Programs - Tyke, Atom, Peewee

  • Rep Fall divisions (Tyke, Atom, Peewee) voluntary withdrawal prior to Aug 14 2010, 50% of Registration Fee. Fundraising Fee Non-Refundable!
  • Rep Fall divisions (Tyke, Atom, Peewee) cut from team full refund less $100 administration fee. Fundraising Fee Non-Refundable!
  • No refund after Aug. 15 2010.

Equipment Cheque: A deposit cheque of $500 is required at the time that a player is given equipment. This cheque will be held (not cashed) and returned at the end of a player's season. The equipment must be returned clean and must not be altered in any way.

 Player Sponsorship: York Simcoe Minor Football Association (YSMFA) has as its mandate a desire to offer all youth an opportunity to play either house league or rep football. While there are inherent costs in running a program such as this, YSMFA may offer some assistance when warranted and requested due to personal financial constraints of a registrant. Please contact Rosemary Beckstead rosemarie.speciale@sympatico.ca   with any requests and concerns regarding this matter. In return, sponsored families must volunteer some time back to the organization in some capacity.
